New Media Narrative Project
In this piece, I am attempting to demonstrate how the universal nature of the pictures we post on Instagram are part of a visual language that we all share. These pictures tell stories, individually and collectively. As such, I wanted to ground the piece in the "most popular story in Western civilization," which Kurt Vonnegut eloquently demonstrates below.
Next steps will be to write the script, select the images from Instagram to develop a story table, produce the piece and write a description and reflection. I will post each step a long the way here.
